The breakfast buffet was excellant and customer service was truly excellant "a downtown hotel at the Airport"
The room was not very clean at all, the bathroom was disgusting, the hardest pillows, and a terrible breakfast. Couldn't wait to check out would never return. Lesson learned you get what you pay for its worth the extra $40 to stay in a decent place next time.
They gave us an extra comp breakfast buffet for our daughter
I will send my complaints to The Coadt itself
The bedding was so clean. When you got into bed you could smell a clean scent.
The Bartender in the lounge.
Room did not have blinds that close, extremely bright in morning, very disorganized staff, water pressure erratic in room, and A/C did not work.
Staff was great but a hotel itself is way outdated. There was some signs of trying to improve like a new tv but it needs more then that. Again staff was very friendly.
The food was excellent as always
Large crowd of partying teenagers across the hall.
When I stay at your hotel I feel very good and safe.
We were automatically upgraded to a king room, which was unwanted and recieved no notification about.
I liked the later check out time (noon). I arrived later in the evening and was especially wanting to swim but as it was late, by the time I grabbed a bite to eat, it was past pool time..I realized with my early morning workshop, that I would not have to rush getting packed and check out immedately, that I would be back in plenty of time to work in a morning swim. It made getting ready for my business session much less stressed. I must say when I returned from the session, it was wonderful to relax in the pool. The temperture was perfect.
The change room to the pool itself was confusing (like a maze almost) When I came out, I found myself in the hall in front of a door that said change room but was locked. I felt panic. After standing in the hallway, I talked myself out of it and headed down a hallway where I could see the word "elevator" and then I realized I passed the front change room door where I let myself in with a room key. I think that is something that a sign might clear up any confusion.
I was put in a room that was quite comfortable and nice but a 9pm the music began in the party room downstairs and my room was directly above the loud, booming music. It was impossible to stay in the room although the staff was very efficient about moving me to another room far away from the unbearable noise.
Hotel staff were pleasant and the accommodation good. The location was good and quiet. The extra blanket left in the room was helpful.
The blackout curtains were inadequate, letting in much light - a challenge at this time of year with early sunlight. As well, the hotel heating system was turned off but no advice to the client was left concerning this, resulting in a cold room greeting our late arrival. We tried the instructions for getting heat but gave up needing to sleep. The staff did willingly and courteously give us a small heater in the morning but we could have been comfortable on our arrival had we been notified of this.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was easy to get to and a very accomadating staff were always willing to serve and please. The food was very tasty and we really enjoyed the Sunday brunches. One of the most wonderful staff members was Kim in the restaurant. She was such a pleasure to see every morning when we went for breakfast. Always a big smile and such a kind heart.Kim made the day start right for us right from the beginning. We sincerely believe that Kim is a huge asset to this hotel. Our two week stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely return to this hotel again.
We booked two rooms on your webite, but the reservation information showed only one room reserved. It tok us an hour and a half to check-in at the hotel, as the staff was trying to find the 2nd room for us.
It was clean quiet and located near the airport. The price was reasonable.
My only complaint, and I forgot to mention it, the hairdryer in the room, 331, had an electrical problem. It is the type attached to the wall. It should be replaced before it causes a problem.
